Home prices
POP-UP 28: €24,999; POP-UP 52: €49,999; POP-UP 104: €99,999. These are per-home prices excluding VAT, destination costs and site works. A single POP-UP 28 is available; two homes are recommended to share a truck.
Transport allowance
Central Germany: €14,000 per truck, excluding VAT. One or two POPUP 28 homes use one truck; POPUP 52 uses one truck per home; POPUP 104 uses two trucks per home (€28,000). Select your destination country, city and delivery region. Outside central Germany, transport is recalculated and confirmed in the written offer. The displayed allowance remains subject to destination, site access, permits, escorts and final carrier confirmation.
Assembly is a separate planning allowance of €2,000 / €3,000 / €4,000 per POP-UP 28 / 52 / 104 home. Crane hire is excluded and arranged locally.
VAT and extras
Destination standard VAT is selected automatically where a verified rate is provided. This is a planning allowance, not a determination of the applicable housing, import or regional tax treatment. Customs duties and special transaction rules remain outside the calculation. Unknown transport or VAT is displayed as pending rather than zero.
Terrace allowances: €3,000 / €6,000 / €6,000 per POP-UP 28 / 52 / 104. Exterior blinds: €1,500 / €2,000 / €2,500. These supplied PDF amounts are treated as net planning allowances per home. Other selected items require a separate quote. The PDFs contain separate Germany package prices including transport and assembly; this configurator uses the selected factory-price-plus-logistics basis and does not add freight to those PDF package prices.
What the building price covers
The standard supply brief includes a finished envelope, internal wall finish, flooring, insulated roof, fitted bathroom, windows, lighting and internal electrical / plumbing installations. Final materials, dimensions, measured area, specifications and any energy upgrades are confirmed in the written offer. A base home is not necessarily ready for occupation until local connections and approvals are complete.

EUR is the offer currency. USD displays use the ECB reference rate dated 2026-10-15: €1 = $1.1208. They are indicative EU-price conversions, not US-market offers, and do not include US shipping, taxes or compliance costs. Rates are not a live exchange quote.

What confirms your coverage?
The agreed warranty document identifies the product, covered components, start date, claim procedure and applicable conditions. Request it before confirming an order.
What conditions and exclusions apply?
The full warranty policy is not publicly supplied. Product-specific exclusions, maintenance obligations, local works and third-party responsibilities must be confirmed in the written agreement; none are inferred here.
Which project costs are additional?
Land, foundations, local site works, utilities, permits, crane hire, duties and unpriced options sit outside the displayed home price. These supply exclusions are separate from warranty coverage.
Timing, certification and warranty
From deposit to delivery: 90 days, subject to the confirmed specification, production slot and site readiness. Applicable certification scope, warranty and final delivery programme are agreed in writing. Project approvals are local. The 3–4 storey system is quoted on request; panel projects require at least 500 m² at one location.
Enquiries
Submitting a request does not place an order, reserve a slot or authorise payment. Name, surname, email and phone are required for a digital estimate. Requests are saved for team follow-up and a PDF estimate is downloaded immediately. Automated email delivery and online payment are not activated.
