Your project details.

We collect the name, surname, contact email, phone number, company, destination, project brief and configuration you submit, together with request status and, for signed-in requests, your account ID. Digital-offer requests use a hashed network identifier for rate limiting. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry.

Signed-in requests are visible in My requests. Guest digital-offer requests are saved for the team and are not publicly searchable. The authorised InstaBuilt team account can access the team inbox. Requests are not listed publicly. Configuration drafts save locally in your browser. Shared configuration links include the selected home, quantity, country, city and options, but no name, email or phone number. Contact details are submitted only when you request an offer. City search uses a local GeoNames directory; transport uses the central Germany allowance or is marked for destination-specific recalculation. Digital estimates are downloaded in your browser; no automatic email is sent.

Contact sales@instabuilt.com for access, corrections or deletion requests. No marketing subscription is created by a project enquiry. This site has no advertising tracking. External social and official funding websites operate their own policies.
